Canada Labour Code, Part II, is intended for employers and employees, members of health and safety committees, and representatives who are covered by Part II of the Code.
Generally speaking, the Canada Labour Code establishes the legislative framework and outlines the duties and responsibilities of the employer and employees pertaining to occupational health and safety.
This course provides an overview of the major responsibilities for occupational health and safety for persons subject to the Canada Labour Code. Anyone wishing to view the regulations in their entirety should refer to the Canada Labour Code and to the corresponding Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations on the federal government website.
