Make sure your CAPS lock button is off because passwords are case sensitive. The first time you logged in you were asked to change your password to something only you would know. This is an important security feature but it can be annoying because it is easy to forget your personalized password. Just click the 'forgot my password?' link on the login screen and the system will send you an email with your account information. If you have turned off the CAPs lock and you know you are using your personalized password, click 'contact' for assistance. (technical support is available through email, and live chat options)
